“ We had a great experience the other day at Melting Pot. We don't come here often so we were looking forward to some fondue. We were swiftly seated and opted to jump right into our entrees. I did the steak lovers and my husband did a mix of chicken potstickers, duck, shrimp, etc. Our waitress was nice but a little scatterbrained. I asked her which broth goes best with the steak and she simply said "I don't know". Ooookkkk. We stuck with the coq au vin that we normally do. It was brought out to us a little slower that it could have considering we ordered pretty fast but my goodness. The steak is sooooo good. I didn't think I'd be full from that and the vegetables but it did the trick. My husband and I enjoyed talking while we watched our food cook. It's super interactive which is fun. You need to be careful with timing it because it can easily overcook due to it being so hot. I was looking forward to the chocolate explosion but they're apparently getting rid of it. The waitress did recreate everything for me minus the cake which was awesome. It came with dark chocolate raspberry which was mouth-watering good. I hope they at least keep that! Definitely a little expensive but made for a nice night out. ”

“ Went here on Valentine's Day with my husband and two daughters. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. The prices were very high, the highest we've ever paid for a dinner out, but it was a great meal from start to finish. Our waitress Christina was excellent and I hope she gets great tips always. ”

“ Went on Veteran's Day, to enjoy the veterans discount they offered. Our server Frank, was great and very attentive to us as we selected our menu items. The service was excellent, every need and request was met. We had the cheese fondue, entrees, and then the chocolate dessert fondue. We had the complete experience for 2 and were so full after it all! Always a fun time and ambiance so chill. Donald, one of the managers made sure we were being taken care of, and we had no complaints! Highly recommended and we'll be back! ”

“ I love this place more for the cheese and chocolate fondue rather than the actual food. It's perfect for an after dinner spot. The seating arrangements are private and intimate. The drinks are great as well, especially the Yin & Yang Martini. ”

“ Always a fun experience to try something from back in the day. You must go here hungry! I started off with the cheese fondue that features Samuel Adams. Amazingly tasty and all the little items you can dip in it, quite the variety. For a unique experience, I tried the surf and turf. I really enjoyed trying all the different pieces of meat and seafood that they give you. Lastly, the dessert, that is the most incredible sweet overload I've had in a long time. Pieces of rice crispy treats, bananas,other fruits and Blondies!! Great service and they don't hassle you to leave the table. I also want to say they have a great selection of beer on tap ! ”

“ I went there yesterday for dinner with my family And it was my first time there And also happened to be my birthday First and foremost , As soon as I walked in, I was greeted promptly and nicely by people at the front desk Who immediately walked me to a table Minutes later, our Server , named Sidney came over and introduced themselves , and a really amazing journey began there Sidney helped us pick out a menu with some great recommendations And I must say, I enjoyed every facet of all the courses , but what made everything so wonderful was the amazing service that I received from Sidney We had a four course meal on every course was absolutely exceptional They definitely made a customer out of me And I will most certainly ask for Sidney every time I go there Thank you melting pot and thank you, Sidney For making my birthday dinner nothing short of incredible ”
